AssetTrakr is the inventory of record: what you own, where it is, whether it's alive, and when its warranty runs out.
Features
- Asset table — full-width, sortable (name / status / warranty), with a column picker to show only what you care about. Grid view for a card-based look.
- Views as filters — All, Alerts (expiring warranties), Offline, By location, and Reports are one click in the toolbar; categories are a dropdown filter.
- Lifecycle tracking — purchase date, warranty expiry, EOL, and depreciation with current-value reporting.
- Custom fields — free-form key/value pairs per asset (cost center, PO number, support tier…) for everything the standard fields don't model; included in exports.
- Check-in / check-out — who has the laptop, since when.
- QR labels — print a label, scan it later to jump straight to the asset.
- CSV import — bulk-load your existing inventory (also available from Settings → Import & Export with format auto-detection).
- Licenses & seats — track software licenses and seat assignments alongside hardware.
- Cross-links — an asset can point at its NetMapr node, its runbooks, and its credentials.
The detail panel
Click any row and the asset opens in a slide-over: status, info, lifecycle, financials,
check-out, linked notes — with the list still visible and clickable behind it. Esc closes.
