- Encryption keys — CryptKeepr end-to-end vault passphrases are never sent to us, so if you lose one, we cannot recover that vault. NoteTakr content isn’t affected — it’s encrypted at rest with a key we manage server-side.
- Account access — For login issues, use the “Forgot password” flow on the sign-in page, or contact your organization admin.
- Response time — We aim to respond within 1 business day. Security reports are prioritized.
