DETAIL D3 · RUNBOOKS, CONFIGS & SOPS

NoteTakr

Documentation that lives next to the infrastructure it describes

Runbooks, device configs, and procedures — encrypted, versioned, and linked to the actual nodes and assets they document.

TABLE — CAPABILITIES

What NoteTakr does

IT-native note types

Runbooks, configs, SOPs, and reference notes with structure built in — not generic wiki pages you have to shape yourself.

Linked to your infrastructure

Attach a note to a NetMapr node or an AssetTrakr record. During an incident, the runbook is one click from the device on the map.

Semantic search

Find "that note about the VPN tunnel flapping" even when it never uses those words. Search understands meaning, not just keywords.

Encrypted at rest

Note content is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it touches the database — safe enough for the configs you actually need to store.

Config version history

Every save keeps history, so you can see what a config looked like before the change that broke it.

Controlled sharing

Share individual notes by link when a vendor or contractor needs one procedure — without opening up the whole vault.
